Much of our life’s turmoil, in this age of science and technology, stems from not understanding the world that we live in. We feel it passing us by leaving us behind. We feel vulnerable, confused, anxious and withdrawn from life. Depression and a host of functional and effective disorders are then but a step away. Getting to know, first hand, that science was not all that difficult and that you can steer your way in it instead of around it, as you used to do before, is very therapeutic. We have dubbed this process of self improvement Technotherapy™
What we are proposing is that along with conventional psychotherapy, a person should simultaneously enroll in some of our basic science courses and experience the awakening of their hidden potential and capabilities.
Two good things are likely to come out of this experience. One, you could be regaining your self confidence and two, you may be able to get a science based job or embark on a life long career in science or science related disciplines. That will be quite a wholesome recovery.
Confusion, like knowledge is also contagious. The only difference is that it spreads faster and is harder to uproot.
